- Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resource Certification Institute

Janice (Jan) Newman, SPHR, MHRM, CELS
- Nearly two decades of progressively responsible, executive-level experience in human resources
- Formerly the Corporate Vice President of Human Resources for a $2 billion proprietary education company with multiple sites and 17,000+ employees
- Broad experience with organizations undergoing tremendous change, involving dramatic restructuring and downsizing
- MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management in Chicago
- Masters in Human Resources Management (MHRM) from Keller Graduate School
- BA from University of Nebraska – Lincoln
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the Human Resource Certification Institute
- Certified Employment Law Specialist (CELS) from Columbia Southern University.
